Project Overview:

Demolition of existing dwelling and construction of four three-storey townhouses featuring open-plan living, private courtyards, balconies and integrated garages. Works include site preparation, earthworks, structure, and external works including driveway, parking and landscaping. Designed by Neylan Architecture, using brick veneer, lightweight cladding and steel roofing for a durable, low-maintenance outcome.
