Project Overview:

Construction of a new four-storey classroom building and extensive campus upgrades at Islamic College, delivering a modern and resilient learning environment. The project included demolition, bulk earthworks, retaining structures, external pavements, landscaping, fencing, and carpark enhancements. New recreational facilities such as a covered playscape, sandpit, and roofed bike enclosure were also delivered. Built on a suspended platform slab to achieve Logan City Council flood immunity and BAL 12.5 compliance, the development provides a safe, high-quality educational setting designed to support outstanding teaching and learning outcomes.
