Construction of the new Wellness Centre and Shed Precinct. The Wellness Centre included an indoor 25m heated pool, gymnasium, hair salon, steam & sauna room and various multi-purpose spaces. The Shed Precinct included a 3D Golf Simulation, Arcade and bar.
